Presulis Hideaway Apartments & Restaurant is an elegant aparthotel featuring 14 lovingly designed luxury apartments, each crafted by host Meinhard using local wood.
How are the apartments furnished?
Every apartment includes a living area with kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. High-quality natural materials and abundant natural light give each space its refined character. Specific features vary by category.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
On the day of arrival, your apartment will be ready from 4 p.m. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 10.30 a.m.
Is daily cleaning included in the apartment price?
Yes. Daily cleaning and the daily towel change are part of our inclusive services.
Are the apartments suitable for families?
Yes. Presulis Hideaway Apartments & Restaurant offers spacious family apartments with separate sleeping areas and plenty of room for spending time together.
Are dogs welcome?
Dogs are only permitted in selected apartment categories. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are travelling with your dog. A surcharge of €35.00 per day applies.

Presulis sits in a quiet, sunny location in Prösels, above Völs am Schlern in South Tyrol – right in the heart of the Dolomites region.
Is parking available on site?
Yes. Free parking is available directly at the accommodation.
Are there charging stations for electric vehicles?
Yes, in our garage. This is our contribution to sustainable travel and contemporary comfort.
Is it possible to arrive by public transport?
Yes. Bolzano and Brixen are easy to reach by train and bus. From there, you can continue to Völs or Prösels by regional bus or taxi.
How far is it to Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm?
The valley station of the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm cable car is about a 20-minute drive away. Parking there is free, and the cable car takes you comfortably up to the high Alpine pasture.

Yes. Upon request, Sylvia organises tastings in the historic “Fumoir” wine cellar, featuring selected wines from South Tyrol, the rest of Italy, and further afield.

Is there a spa area?
Yes. The spa includes a Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, ice fountain, and a peaceful relaxation room with a fireplace and tea bar.
Is there a pool?
Yes. In the garden, you will find our outdoor infinity pool, heated to 33°C all year round, with views of Prösels Castle and the Dolomites.
Are massages available?
Yes. Classic, sports, and specialised massages are available upon request.
Is there a fitness room?
Yes. A small fitness room with a multifunctional strength training station, treadmill, and elliptical trainer is available to guests daily from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Access is restricted to guests aged 18 and over.

In winter, the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm–Val Gardena/Gröden ski area invites you to ski and snowboard. Winter hiking, snowshoeing, and tobogganing are also popular. After your outdoor adventures, you can return to the warmth of your apartment and relax in the spa.
Is there a lake nearby?
Yes. Lake Fiè/Völser Weiher, a small swimming lake with views of Mt Sciliar/Schlern, can be easily reached from the accommodation and is a wonderful destination on summer days.
